Hi!! How are you? I am feeling relaxed and happy today:) I took a mid morning break from work this morning and went to the gym to get a quick workout in. It’s 8:00am here in AZ and I was already outside this morning and it is simply gorgeous! It’s 72 degrees and I got goosebumps all over from how wonderful it felt. Hey there! It’s the weekend and time for football! I’ll also be watching the UFC fight on spike tonight. Just a relaxing weekend mixed in with work here and there.

I hope you all had a long relaxing weekend. Mine was fun filled and productive too. I went bowling yesterday for something different. I basically suck at it but it was a good time and laughs.
